Specialties include drafting shareholder agreements, end user license agreements, service level agreements, confidentiality agreements, collaboration agreements, asset purchase & transfer agreements, master software license and maintenance agreements, distributor/re-seller agreements and consulting service agreements. Targeted lesson plans to address specific learning challenges and familiarization with research, compare and critical analysis methods to achieve success. I will engage with every student on an individual one-to-one basis modifying my lesson plan according to the requirements. The focus will be on motivation, empowerment and skill transference.
