Maria is a very pleasant, friendly teacher, who explains with great patience how to learn to play such a beautiful instrument. She puts no pressure and is very flexible depending on your options and time commitment (I work full-time). Her lessons are very structured and well prepared, and she gives clear instructions for tasks between lessons. We quickly learn to play pieces of music, which makes it particularly fun and interesting. My enthusiasm for playing this instrument has only increased with her lessons.
