Private classes are great for beginners who - want to start practicing yoga but don't know where to start - want to learn foundational yoga poses, correct alignment and appropriate modifications for their body - need someone to keep them accountable in their yoga practice I teach Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga for PCOS. A combination of Asanas (Bewegung), Sun salutations (das Sonnengebet) and Pranayama (Atem) improves Body flexibility and builds Patience.
