Having studied and worked at multiple educational environments in Greece and UK, I have found that the combination of formal and non-formal education methods is the best teaching tool for international students of diverse education backgrounds. In my lectures I teach soft skills to pupils, students and adults not only through presenting the basic soft skills theory (Human Brain Theory, Types of Intelligence, Communication, Leadership, Team Spirit, Time & Stress Management and many more topics) but also through ice breaking and team bonding games, role-playing games, debate and mini projects. This aims to provide students not only with theoretical knowledge, but also with practical expertise, and at the same time to give them the opportunity to improve their educational and professional profile.

In my lectures I present the theory of GCSE subjects (Business Studies, Philosophy, Social Studies, Humanities), as well as A-Level and IB subjects (Economics, Business & Entrepreneurship, Psychology, Social Students and Theory of Knowledge, History & Politics, Media Studies, Essay Writing, Presentations & Interviews) not only through lecturing, giving examples, mini exercises, assessments, but also through ice breaking and team bonding games, role-playing games, debate and mini projects. This aims to provide students not only with theoretical knowledge, but also with practical expertise, and at the same time to give them the opportunity to develop a plethora of soft skills that are useful for their educational and further professional background.
