Charlotte is a fantastic teacher: in just an hour and a half she gave me a lot of insights into Indesign and helped me complete a task that I would never have completed without her. During this tutoring with her I learned more than in an entire semester at school! She is correct, goal-oriented and efficient. Her explanations are clear and she has good professional knowledge. Furthermore, she is also just pleasant company.
