As a young student, I am often closer to the practice of teaching and can sense where the student's goals lie. Very flexible throughout the week and weekends, either at the student's home, at my grand piano, or possibly online (especially music theory).

I am a Belgian violinist, 25 years old, who obtained her master's degree in violin and chamber music at the Lemmens Institute last year. As a violin teacher, the fun of the students is central. With a stimulating and motivated approach, we take on new challenges by looking together for a beautiful sound, musicality, relaxation and suitable repertoire. I cater to the interests of each student. I want to make you curious about the instrument and show you all the possibilities of the violin. I have already gained experience in youth music studios, part-time art education and private. Lessons can be given at my home in Leuven or Roeselare.

Together with my students I look for what they would like to be able to do on the guitar. We discover the instrument and its music in its full glory: the warm sounds, the percussive attack and countless colorful chords. I myself have been playing guitar for 13 years and have just completed (September 2022) my master classical guitar at the Lemmens Institute in Leuven (Belgium). I am currently further specializing at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague. I am extremely passionate about music and love to pass that passion on. No prior knowledge of music is required. Lessons can be held at my home, while traveling, or online!

Piano lessons adapted to your taste and level. You tell us what you expect from the lessons so that I can give you optimal piano lessons. For example: you want to learn to read and play piano pieces. I must also give you the relevant theory. It is your choice to study additional theory, but it is not necessary. My lessons are therefore efficiently oriented. As a student, you can ultimately choose which piano pieces we work on (it must first be approved by me), so that playing the piano remains fun and educational. I cover classical music, pop music, video games, movies, anime music, etc... so many genres! Another example: you want to make a piano cover of an existing piece (e.g. pop music or movie music). I will give you the theory of chords and reading staves. This way you can get started quickly. Together we will practice enough so that you understand everything well! We can also improvise together on your piano. Feel free to message us if you have any questions :) I have already given private lessons to adults, teenagers and children both online and in person. Both options work great! We do this online via Skype or another app if desired. Physically we do it in Leuven city centre, where there is a handy large indoor bicycle shed. Ideally I teach once a week, you then continue practicing on your piano at home towards the next lesson the following week. If you would like lessons every other week or lessons twice a week, that is also possible for me. Why choose to learn to play the piano? It has been scientifically proven that playing an instrument makes someone smarter (good brain training). You can show your piano skills to others, but you can also make yourself happy and reward through your piano. Having earned her Master of Music in Classical Piano Performance from LUCA School of Arts, Belgium, and Bachelor of Music in Musicology and Piano Pedagogy from the conservatory in China. Committed to music education, I am equipped with 6 years experiences in teaching piano for students at all ages, including being a music educator and piano teacher at Art Center, Piano Institute. I can teach in English and Chinese.

Graduated in Music - Having studied piano (classical) at the University of Évora (Portugal), Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe (Germany) and at the Aquiles Delle Vigne International Music Academy. She is currently studying a Masters in Performance at LUCA School of Arts, Leuven, Belgium. I have a lot of experience in teaching piano and music theory in different musical styles and theoretical/musical training from children to adults, in official conservatories, music schools and private lessons, In my classes I try to share my musical knowledge, both practically and theoretically. The courses are aimed at those who want to have more direct contact with music, whether for the first time or not. I take great pleasure in teaching and I give great importance to each student. First, let's remember what we're talking about. Music is and always has been inherent in all human societies. It has many roles and is a very powerful language. It's a universe in itself... Music, and the violin in particular, brings me enormous joy every day. In fact, joy is, in my opinion, the greatest source of motivation given to us on earth. So, quite logically, I place it at the heart of my lessons. It would be an illusion to pretend that learning to play the violin is a simple matter! So I accept the challenge, often neglected, to do everything I can to convey my enjoyment of playing the violin. By the way, as I just wrote, in French you don't say "travailler le violon", you say "jouer du violon". So even though the road is hard, I will do everything I can to make it fun. My lessons are adapted to all levels, ages and profiles. Together with each student, I strive to find the most suitable tests, so that everyone learns as effectively as possible and, above all, with pleasure! I attach great importance to the correct use and well-being of the body. Playing the violin not only involves the cerebral and the emotional, it is also a complex physical exercise! For those who have already had lessons, I try to consciously or unconsciously replace bad habits learned with good ones, and for beginners to immediately install the correct automatisms. I give individual lessons. But sometimes I bring students together to learn to play together and perform in public. Attending other people's lessons can also be very helpful in gaining a better understanding of the various mechanisms of the violin. Always wanted to play the violin, but it never happened? Years of your violin not touched and now the will to pick it up again? You are never too old to learn it or to pick it up again! I am a violinist from Hungary - I have completed my Masters Degree in Teaching at the University of Debrecen, and in the meantime I have given violin lessons in various music schools in Hungary. I have played actively in various professional orchestras. From this year I started the Artistic Master's program at the Lemmens Institute. Since my first year at the university I teach private lessons, I have experience with both children and adults. I can teach in English, Dutch, French and Hungarian. I am also following Norwegian classes, and I can give it a try in Norwegian as well.

If you want to learn to play the clarinet, make further progress or learn solfège, you've come to the right place! I offer both solfège and clarinet lessons for beginners and more advanced students. I live in Leuven but I am available throughout Brussels and Leuven. Lessons are possible in Dutch, French or English. If you take the time to learn the clarinette, read the progress and receive the course of the solfège, you will enjoy the end! You propose the course of solfège and clarinette for the debutants and the young people plus advances. Your habit in Louvain is always available in Brussels and Louvain. Hello! I am a violin student with Elisa Kawaguti at LUCA School of Arts Campus Lemmens and am currently doing my master's degree. In my lessons, I think it is most important that students have fun and feel good about themselves, which will hopefully motivate them to improve technically and musically at their own pace. The flute it’s a quite complex instrument, where the challenge is to find the balance between all the parameter, such as posture(in order to learn how to play fast passage), lips and everything concerning breathing technique(in order to get the best clear and powerful sound). It’ my job to guide the student in order to let him/her find that stability in order to get best results possible.

My name is Dorelle and I have been playing the cello and piano since I was little. For me, art in general has a particularly important role in life :-) Currently, after a year of Erasmus in Germany I will finish my studies in Leuven at Lemmensistituut. The important thing for me in learning the cello is to have fun while making sure to find a good position that will not generate tension later. I generally give an hour of lessons, but can adapt to the student's wishes without worry, whether in terms of lesson length or to find cool pieces that change from the "classical" repertoire! I can also provide help to more advanced students who need support to pass an exam or progress more quickly.

I am a master's student at the Brussels Royal Conservatory. I give piano lessons at my home (Kessel-lo or in Herent) on a grand piano (also possible on location (+ extra fee)) The lessons last 1 hour (recommended), also possibility up to 30 minutes. Open for beginners to advanced pianists, young and old :) I prefer classical music, for me this is the basis for playing the piano.
