Bach Chorale + Harmony studies - Music GCSE, A-level.

Bach Chorales, the bane of any music student!

I specialise in tutoring music for students taking GCSE and/or A-level, having studied and taken my GCSE and A-Levels through the AQA Exam specification (and taking Harmony Studies at University). My aim is to help students calm and help them to see past the convolution of Bach Chorales and eventually see the value they will have for their musicianship in their future.

In this class, you will be able to understand the basics of western harmony and how it evolved into classical pieces through from Mozart & Chopin to Hans Zimmer and Charlie Puth!

This class is also designed to help students who may be struggling or want to better understand 4 part harmony and how to write better chorales to secure their Music A-Level requirements!

You will learn a variety of composition techniques to reduce the amount of stress it takes to try and solve the rubix cube that is a Bach Chorale, and also learn how to apply what is learned into further composition, should that be the goal! Don't worry if you are just starting out, I can help you take out the daunting part, and show you how useful these skills will be for you as a musician!

Bring a Laptop or Music Score paper to write on! Don't forget to bring the Chorale itself! If not I have a canon of examples to help you with!

Composition is one of most exam boards requirements for GCSE and A-level Music. In particular, to write a piece ranging from 2 - 3 minutes in length for either solo or chamber groups of instruments. I am majoring in composition at university and I specialise in tutoring music for students taking GCSE and/or A-level, having studied and taken these A-levels through the AQA Exam specification. Composition may appear overwhelming and it is my aim that my students will be able to find the beauty in writing music and being able to cope with the stresses of writing music; by equipping them with both the necessary skills of writing music, but also how to push through the various challenges that come with it (And perhaps most importantly, how to achieve excellent marks for your coursework)! If you also want to know simply how to write a piece of classical music, write a song or even if you're just starting out in writing music, you've come to the right place! Let's get you writing some music!
In this class, you will learn how to go from being overwhelmed by a Logic Pro X, to having the techniques of music production at your finger tips; wether it be from writing film scores to hip-hop beats! I specialise in writing music with computers and have got over 4 years of experience of writing with DAW's and for an extensive range of genres, from pop, to experimental music. If you're just starting out and want to know how to use Logic Pro X, this class is perfect for you! You will learn how to create excellent sounding music, mixed and mastered to professionalism!

I am a professional pianist offering private piano and theory lessons to students of all levels. Having 12 years of teaching experience, I enjoy motivating my students with music of their own preferred style and interest, whether that be classical or contemporary. SONGWRITING course with intensive and result-oriented methods
English Translation: contact me please SONGS generally consist of chord and text lines. But where does that information come from and how do you make something out of nothing? How do you make that one great hIT or how strongly does your new song affect your love? Well, that's called "inspiration processing" and how does that work? Well, I'll tell you that in my course. If you already play the guitar or piano, you are one step ahead. Your instrument is like a trampoline that offers you more options to go further and higher. Most 'songs' are born at the craziest moments. A good songwriter his / her antennas are always open :-) and for some it is a continuous activity. During my course I teach you through all sorts of tips and tricks (including: Travel Chord Duo Method - One Four Five and minor input - Key Word Designation and Relative Chord Progressions etc.) how you can achieve strong songs. For me it is a daily activity and I have been writing all my life for others and sometimes for myself. All in all I have sold more than a million copies worldwide as an author / composer / performer. Is that little or is that a lot? I do not know. It doesn't interest me that much anymore. I want to share my knowledge about how to write a song with motivated people who want to go further than just replaying others' songs. Whether they get stuck somewhere during composing and who are not afraid to seek advice. Music is a life flirt. There are only two types of music: good and bad ... Do you have a foundation of chords, do you want to know how to make a good song .....? Just book an hour to get started. That is the scan hour. Are we lying together and is there a click? If you book and I confirm, then you also know who I am and where I hide :-) Not satisfied after the first 'lesson'? Money Back. Danny

Private lessons of musical composition - sound production - MAO
I teach the 3 components of computer music: music computing, composition, and sound processing. The student uses his computer to create instrumental arrangements, and can also practice applied exercises to do at home, as with a classical instrument. The two are complementary therefore recommended! The objective of the courses is the acquisition of two types of skills, in order to make the pupils autonomous. Musical skills: musical training, rhythm, harmony, analysis, and technical skills of computer music: software, recording, sound theory.

PIANO LESSONS: What about learning how to play the piano?
Piano, the instrument used by the romantics to make their most beautiful music, but also by the most experimental and modern composers to create their amazing music. Isn't it a great instrument to play? With more than 5 years of experience teaching in music schools and 8 years as a private piano teacher, I developed an efficient and "fun"-focusing way to teach how to play the instrument. Every student is different, so also the way to play and learn shall be different, which makes every single lesson special and rewarding. I also offer the possibility of teaching in groups: if you want to know more about this option. I hope I become the teacher you want and need!
