LauraYoga - Vinyasa Flow and Forrest Yoga, breath work, body awareness
My classes will introduce you to the beauty of flowing sequences and how to connect you breath with your movements. I will focus on energizing your body through core strenghth and dynamic flows or more grounding standing series. Explore your body through movement in a light and playful way and improve your flexibility while learning how to use your breath in a healing way.
I'm offering private yoga sessions suitable for one person or small groups.
Prices for small groups can be discussed.
What I like about teaching:
I'm interested in encouraging people to use their breath in an empowering and healing way. Further to that I like the combination of flowing movements and the cultivation of groundedness both with deep Ujjayi Breath. Through hands-on assists I like to support my
students to get a deeper sensation of the pose and experience the borders of their bodies. In my classes I like to hold space for my students to experiment, discover their strength and to overcome fears.

EmmaVinyasa Flow yoga classes all levels at home. A fluid, relaxing and catchy practice.
I took inspiration from the anatomy lessons of my teachers in India and Canada to create fluid, tonic and complementary Asanas, my aim being to guide a progressive, captivating and controlled practice. My teaching is accompanied by theoretical references to assist the student in understanding the relationship between body and mind.
My classes are also fun and with a touch of humor because yoga is also wanting to do good and keep smiling!
We can choose together themes according to your abilities, need and desire so that I can guide you in the practice that is best for you.

My name is Ran. I was born and raised in Korea and lived in China, France.
I'm currently living in Brussels, Belgium.
I speak Korean, English, French and a little Chinese.
I also worked as professional tour guide in France and now I'm taking a tour guide course to become a licensed tour guide in Belgium. So I'm passionate about culture, art and history etc.

1. To be fluent in a foreign language requires to understand not only the language itself but also the culture and history. So you are at the right address! Since I worked as tour guide, I can introduce you very unique and full of interesting Korean traditions in a fun way !
2. I'm quite good at cooking too. So you can learn Korean while cooking Korean dishes with me in my place. We will enjoy tasty and fun time together !
3. When you learn Korean, you will realize that there are many Korean words of Chinese origin, we call those words ''Hanja''. In fact, about 60 percent of Korean words are of Chinese origin. You can learn these words easily and efficiently with me as I'm learning Chinese as well.

To me, learning a language should be fun and I'm very enthusiastic on teaching.

My courses will be based on Korean books, vocabulary sheets that I would select myself with the main thing to remember to talk to and live in Korea, if you ever want to go.
Classes will include pronunciation, grammar, reading and listening sessions (mp3). In short, all it takes to assimilate a language.
In terms of my language experience, I studied Korean for three semesters (more than nine months) at Ewha Womens University. I have completed level three, so I could easily help you start in this language and guide you to level two.

Starting with gymnastics and dance since my early age, it always kept being a really important part of my life.
It made me going into a world of performing acrobatics, teaching gymnastics/ stretching to children and adults (private and group classes).
To my classes I find it very important to get people into their bodies in a way that it increases your own body awareness. Im able to teach various techniques but more focus will be on listening and being fair, understanding to your bodies needs.

Each person will find with me his adapted practice, listening to his desires and needs. Being a musician, I am well aware of posture problems and back pain, the practice of yoga has allowed me to find simple and effective solutions to address it.
The course lasts one hour, my students can offer me a desire, a special need or just enjoy being carried away by the course flow ...
A class can end with a meditation or mantra singing if the student wishes.
I have graduated since the summer of 2017 from the Quaternity Yoga school, and teach in my studio AIM yoga for 2 years. I teach Hatha yoga (basic and soft practice), Vinyasa flow (dynamic practice) and yoga Nidra (one of the most powerful relaxation techniques, the positive effects are felt on negative stress, anxiety, insomnia, irritability, anxiety, burn-out or any state of depression, emotional disorders, instability, etc ...)
