In these lessons you will learn Groove,Technique,Theory, Harmony, Rhythm, Music Reading, Different Styles, Fretboard Note Names and many other cool stuff. I've organized and paced my bass lessons based on seeing many students learn to play the bass. The goal of lessons is to educate you on how music works and how to create your own basslines and solos, not just to parrot those of others.

I have already finished two Master degrees and a Bachelor with some of the worlds best professors and institutions: Robert Winn in the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln (Germany), and Jacques Zoon in Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía (Madrid). Since many years, I work and collaborate with many different symphony orchestras as principal flute, soloist or piccolo flute, as well as with chamber music groups and ensembles. I am 26 years old, I come from Italy and I have been living in Rotterdam since 2018. What I like the most about teaching is seeing the students enthusiastic about their achievements. For me, it's a joy to be part of the process, and I find it important to show how beautiful music can be. I do my best to make the students leave the room with the feeling that they learned something new, that they had fun, that in those 30 minutes they had the chance to grow, be curious, discover something. My mission is to make them enjoy music every lesson a little bit more. When I teach piano to children, I like to stimulate the creativity of the students, I let them discover and create, explore the different sounds of the piano, compose their own little songs and do ear training through music games. My name is David, I'm a trumpet player, composer, and conductor based in Rotterdam. I started to study music when I was 8 years old and I get the Professional Music degree in the specialty of classical trumpet at the Conservatory of Noia (Galicia, Spain) and I've been playing Jazz since I was a teenager. In my country, I have been a student with teachers such as Paco Charlín or Abe Rábade, whom I have considered my mentors for years, but I have also studied and attended numerous masterclasses and workshops with internationally renowned teachers such as Michael Phillip Mossman, Antonio Hart, Darren Barret, Michel Camilo, Logan Richardson, Orrin Evans ...etc. With 18 years working and studying the trumpet, I have been fortunate to play with numerous artists and projects such as Phillip Dizack, Nelson Cascais, Kyle Poole, Dyna Stephens, Walter White, L.A.R. Legido, Jesús Santandreu, Pontejazz Big Band, CSM Big Band and also with different groups and orchestras of dance and Latin music. As a teacher, I have experience teaching in different schools, teaching trumpet lessons, music theory, and choir and ensemble conduction, working with both young children and adults and the elderly, aged between 4 and 85. I am an italian bass player, I'm 25 years old and actually I am finishing the last year of my bachelor in jazz music at Codarts. If you're a beginner i will teach you the basics of the instrument and the basics of musical theory (wich is essential to be a good bass player).
