This course is intended for future law students. This is a general introductory course in law. We will approach the basics of civil and public law in order to better understand the start of the first year of law. I am currently finishing my 3rd year of law school.

Student in M1 Private Law with majors in special criminal law and business criminal law, I naturally intend to pursue a career as a lawyer in criminal law. Adaptation in the first year of law to the methodology and operation of the legal logic is sometimes difficult. The course takes place as follows: - A first step is to check the basics by approaching the course, giving examples, revision of case law and regulations by having a discussion with the student. - The second step allows you to train on a practical case. - Finally, the last step is to make a correction with a thorough methodology, and a comparison before / after. Depending on the level of the student, its strengths and difficulties but also its expectation, a certain time will be attributed to the different stages. At each new class a 5 minute reminder is given to the past week.

Introductory Course in Civil Law: The objective of the course will be to understand the mechanisms of civil law such as the sources of law, the hierarchy of norms, conflict of laws over time, etc. The course will also allow the student to learn to understand the reading of the case law, to use a Code, to organize his legal reasoning. I also teach contract law. English lesson: The objective of the course will be to improve vocabulary, grammar, listening comprehension in English. PhD student in criminal law, I would like to share the experience I have acquired throughout my university studies. Giving private lessons in law in general, and in criminal law in particular, responds on the one hand to my interests and on the other hand to my professional project as a doctor of law. I will provide students with a flexible method that can adapt to each person's situation as well as to the specificity of each subject. In general, the methodology begins with the explanation of the course (understanding of the rule of law and case law, analysis of doctrinal opinions). In addition, tests and exercises (practical cases, dissertations, comments ...) will be offered to students in order to prepare them for the exams.

My courses are for law students wishing to understand and master EU law before the start of the academic year: the various EU institutions, EU litigation, EU substantive law (eg market internal competition law), human rights apprehended by EU law and the Council of Europe (eg Charter of Fundamental Rights, European Convention on Human Rights). In principle, my classes take place as follows: - the first lesson lasts 1h30 and will serve to learn to know us, know what level the student has and what are his needs. Together, we establish the areas necessary for its success according to what it prepares. A small introductory 30-minute course is then given to lay the foundations of European law, followed by small questions. The first course and all the following will end with a stop / essay comment or practical case (if material right) that the student will have to make and send me a maximum of two days before the next class. - From the second session and all the following, the class starts with a corrected assignment and personalized advice on it for 10-15 mins. Then I give a 30-minute lecture on the theme of the day (based on the study of European texts or decisions made by the Court of Justice). The last 15-20 mins are dedicated to questions and small exercises.
