BASICS MATHEMATICS OF CALCULUS , TRIGONOMETRY AND GEOMETRY

Hi! Welcome! I am a Master's student at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. I offer private tutoring (for high school and/or university-level students) so you can understand the fundamental concept and excel in your studies. This class aims to provide an overview of calculus and linear algebra and focuses on the fundamental mathematical tools and concepts such as limits, differentiation, and integration. I help students understand the basics of math. Once they understand these basics, they can easily learn more advanced topics. I enjoy working with children and supporting them in these fundamental areas. After teaching a topic, I give short quizzes to check understanding and help students with any difficulties. This class is for A-Level Mathematics students who study the Edexcel exam board, i will go through topics and show you resources. Following a first meeting, I will quickly assess what is most needed by the student and what will be the most effective approach in order to achieve the goals that have been set, such as organisational skills, learning and concentration techniques and exam preparation practice.

We will go with each lesson concept solving a variety of problems so that the student is prepared for the CAIE A level. You can also take the class online; I will use my iPad to explain. I am a first-year university student studying Mechanical Engineering BEng, and this means that maths is a significant part of my studies. I received grade 8 at GCSE level Mathematics, and a B at A-Level Mathematics. I have always enjoyed the subject and I wish to help others to understand it too, and see how fun it can be.
