Pragya
A Moment of Science Please! Science on Finger Tips!
I am Pragya! I graduated in Biochemistry (Honours) from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi. I further went on to pursue my master’s degree in Medical Biochemistry from Jamia Hamdard, Delhi. I am currently pursuing Doctorate in Biological Sciences from Queen’s University, Belfast, United Kingdom. During all these years I realised that the classes I appreciated most were not necessarily the topics I was most interested in, rather it were the professors who made the classes enjoyable and interesting. All these professors had one thing in common, they were always engaging and comprehensible when teaching and moreover were willing to go an extra mile when asked for additional help and clarification. I will carry the same approach and knowledge to my tutoring sessions and do everything to make learning a pleasant experience. I use lesson plans in which I usually introduce the topic in a fun and creative way, then explicitly teaching the material. The biggest strategy I strictly adhere in my sessions is “Revise the old; learn the new”. Of course, this method can be adjusted based on the subject and student’s individual needs. I currently demonstrate on module for biomedical science and in total have eight years of tutoring experience. I want to benefit the students I work with best of my capabilities therefore, I am open to any additional resources and suggestions from both students and parents. I am easy to reach and always provide fast responses. Feel free to contact me with any additional questions or to schedule a lesson!

Thesis Proofreading (Master and Bachelor Dissertation)
My proofreading support includes corrections related to spelling, grammar and syntax. The editing support includes extended services that go beyond proofreading. This also includes text optimization with suggestions for improvements and their implementation into a uniform overall structure. Content support includes very detailed services that go beyond editing. Here, the factual correctness is comprehensively recognized on the basis of previous knowledge in the field and the content is reformulated by creating new sentence structures.

Learn Fundamentals Of Biological Sciences With Fun
Biology is the natural science that studies life and living organisms, including their physical structure, chemical processes, molecular interactions, physiological mechanisms, development and evolution. Biology recognizes the cell as the basic unit of life, genes as the basic unit of heredity, and evolution as the engine that propels the creation and extinction of species. Learn Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Cell Communication and Cell Signaling, Immunology, Developmental Biology, Plant Physiology, Genetics, Ecological principles and Methods/Techniques in Biology. My passion for science pushes me to explain things simply and with a practical approach. Specializes in 10, 10+2, undergraduate and post graduate level of biological sciences.

Biology, Includes: Test Preparation and Discussion
The course is open to all students. My goal is to help others have a better understanding in cell biology, cell physiology and molecular biology. When necessary certain homework will be assigned. Also, I am willing to share pdf files of different related books that I consider helpful. Study load will be approximately 2-3 hours a week depending on the level of the student. Topics to be discussed include mostly: Carbohydrates, Lipids, Nucleic Acids, Proteins, Cell Membranes, Cell Cycle and Cell Division, Cancer, Cell Signalling, Physiology, Homeostasis, Neurons and Basic Genetics (mutations and regulation of gene expression). Periodic progress reports will be available for everyone. For the students that are interested in broader topics, discussion including applied laws to relevant biology topics, such as patents, or ethical issues will be encouraged. The student is encouraged to choose the relevant topic they wish to be discussed in each class. For this course, good books for extra assistance are: The Science of Biology by Savada et al. (any edition) or Biology The Science of Life by Nowicki.

Understanding biochemistry of the cell at the molecular level
Cellular biochemistry is the study of all sorts of processes that occur with in a biological cell and also interactions between different cells. Studies include biomolecular structures, biochemical mechanisms i.e., metabolic pathways, their control, physiological importance and clinical relevance. The regulatory studies cover gene expression, post-translational modifications of proteins, epigenetic controls etc.

Cellular and human biology to better assimilate the action of natural medicines
Better understand the mode of action of natural medicines through cell biology, biophysics, biochemistry, bioenergy, electro-magnetic, and nano-hydrology, particle physics, scale waves, acoustics, etc. - online and face-to-face in Geneva and its surroundings. Assistance to students in molecular medicine. Teaching methods: • Online course • Individual or small group lessons (maximum 10 students) • In face-to-face mode in Geneva (in accordance with the rules of distance) • Practical exercises Typical course of a course: I follow the thread of my interactive course material, illustrating with examples (diagrams, videos). I systematically deepen and clarify the links with anatomy, physiology, pathology and parasitology. But above all, I try to highlight the action of alternative therapies (acupuncture, homeopathy, reflexology, etc.) And, as I am an enthusiast, with the utterance rich in verb and gesture - there is therefore little risk of getting bored. Approximately every 25 minutes, I engage in a dialogue with the student, to take the pulse of the assimilation of the material. Between lessons, the student is invited to complete the interactive exercises online. In addition, I invest myself fully and support the student in his journey. Who are my courses for: Those who are oriented towards the practice of natural medicines. People who seek to understand the action of natural therapies, such as acupuncture, bio-energy, magnetism, both at the molecular, cellular, tissue and systemic level, as well as at the level of the vital field, of the chakras of the bio -photons and Kundalini. Prerequisites: A good level of general knowledge. Basic knowledge of English. A recent model computer connected to the Internet.
