That is why mathematical based engineering courses (such as Statics or Strength of Materials) are mostly boring for the students. The other problem that many students have with courses with strong mathematical background is that their mathematical basis is weak and therefore they cannot follow the course. I usually try to start my course from the basics and therefore actively engage as many students as possible in the class (even the weak ones). I also usually try to inform the students about the importance of what they are learning in the class by giving them some examples. -Aerospace Engineering is one of the most strange fields of study that can be as it is very detailed and specialized by itself but opens a vast world of specialisations. When you will start your Bachelor you will see how diverse and amazing these studies can be. However, due to the numerous clausus, only a limited number of students is allowed to enter. -As I have successfully passed the entry exam and finalized my Bachelor (and done on the side the Honours Programme) I believe I can show to a wide range of students how to pass the entry exam and how to manage to study at TUDelft. -My classes will be about the required Mathematics (going also beyond with Calculus I), Physics (up to even preparing for university courses) and the infamous 1st year material.
