As a professional dancer, teacher, and performance maker I am creative, dynamic, full of awareness, and versatile.
I am used to sustaining my somatic and mental health every day to be able to cope with a very physical job.
In addition, I teach contemporary dance, ballet, and a Dance & Healing practice entitled The Transcendental Embodiment. This method links philosophical, psychological, spiritual, and scientific approaches to the movement. (You can check the other available classes on my page for further information.)

Fitness Motivation and Diet during quarantine period.Covid-19 has hit us all in a hard manner, all the gyms, swimming pools, and other workout places are closed. Staying at home leads to excess snacking and causes an increase in weight.
This class will be a one on one/group session with a mixture of activities involved in running, cycling, and other non-contact activities such as yoga and power training. My main role would be to motivate and involve the participants in these activities to keep themselves fit.
