Yoga Style: General/Hatha, focussing on breathing and relaxation, all body stretching, balance and coordination, slow pace.

Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

Dance Fit Session includes warmup, cool down and easy to follow, fun dance routine which is taught without the music first, breaking down the steps to very basic level and up to more advanced options for you to choose from. Different theme each session, learning variety of styles like Salsa, Latino, Disco 60s-90s, Belly Dance, Bollywood, Flamenco, Sirtaki, Spanish Fusion and more...

You can do the sessions on your own pace, take breaks if you need to. The exercises can be adjusted and given alternatives, depending on your ability, experience and injuries. If you go slow and with good technique you will see the results sooner.
I teach the classes in a relaxed, fun manner so it’s enjoyable for you! 🤗

I have been a professional Dance Teacher and Choreographer for 25 years, as well as Yoga, Pilates & Mindfulness coach with 15 years teaching/coaching experience. I have 2 years Personal Training and Anatomy Of Exercise Diploma, various fitness instructor qualifications.

I have been learning and practicing MINDFULNESS for over 10 years, and helped many people suffering with depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, after different types of injuries and illnesses.

I am a Reiki healer, doing Masters Level.

I love what I do as to see the positive results and improvements it is the most rewarding and pleasurable part of the job. 💗

I believe life is too short so my classes are fun and lighthearted creating a positive atmosphere where everyone feels cosy and at ease.

Oriental dance is a dance of Egyptian origin, which includes many styles. Originally, it was a spontaneous and improvised dance, but today it is taught academically all over the world. It is traditionally practiced by women, who express by this art their femininity, their vitality, but also their feelings, joys and sorrows. In general, this dance is characterized by the dissociation of the parts of the body (isolations) that can move independently of one another. Oriental dance is as good with jerky rhythms as slow and fluid. Bellydance is not limited to movements of the pelvis: it solicits flexibility and tonicity of the bust, shoulders, arms, hands, pelvis and belly.
