Having a physical and mental outlet- such as a regular home yoga practice- is so important. During the quarantine, I turned my in-person yoga classes into online sessions. The virtual classes I teach have proven effective for my beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. I have also resumed teaching in-person yoga sessions and classes in Paris.
Yoga aligns your physical movement with your breath and increases physical strength and flexibility. Practicing yoga with a private teacher enables you to have the proper alignment for the postures, which ensures the most benefits. Yoga is great for people of all ages, shapes, and physical capabilities. Just a few of the many benefits of yoga include relaxation, relief of back discomfort, muscle tension, and stress.
The private lessons that I teach are tailored to your goals and physical abilities. Yoga sessions will be given in the comfort of your home, or outside as weather permits.

It is necessary task to learn Mantras from the Master and practice with the Master in beginning stage. Later, once this energy is established you can practice by your own.
A proper pronunciation of particular Mantra brings a proper Sound energy. Please do not get tempted to practice Mantras without learning it properly. It will not bring any results for the Body. Sometimes it can disturb the energy of your body. So it is better to learn from the Master and practice.

Yin yoga addresses the more yin part of our body, parts that are closest to our core (such as bones, joints, ligaments and tendons). These parts need to be worked in a yin way with an attitude of quiet acceptance. So poses in yin yoga are always holded for a long time (average 4 to 6 minutes). This helps to maintain the health of connective issues.
Yin yoga also works on our meridiens and thus help with increasing the flow of energy in our body.
Last but not least, it helps balance the Yin Yang aspects of ourselves and develop a mindful state for meditation practice.

Yoga has brought me through a multitude of challenges in my own life including depression and the general every-day stresses that living in a big city can bring. I completed my 200-hour yoga certification with a specialization in Vinyasa (don't worry if you don't know what that means!) at Radiantly Alive in the magical city of Ubud, Bali, this summer. CeciliaWell-being YOGA: Release tensions and concerns with a dynamic yet gentle Yoga class.
This class is perfect for who, after work, needs to release the tensions of the day and to regain an inner balance. We start with a gentle warming, to find good flexibility. Then we continue with a small sequence of more dynamic vinyasa flow and we end with stretching and a little meditation. With a positive personal intention and the goal of staying in the present, trying together to balance thoughts and feelings through this practice. The session is accompanied by pleasant music.

Having 20+ years of experience, I am interested in sharing my knowledge of yoga and the benefits of Reiki (energy harmonization) with everyone. I was trained in India where I lived for several years (Iyengar, Sivananda). Iyengar's individual approach allows you to work the postures accurately using the breath, without hurting yourself, learning to listen to him. I currently practice dynamic yoga based on a series of postures by consciously breathing that allows the mind to gradually let go.
Private lessons allow you to establish a personal practice program. After a first interview, during which your motivations and needs are studied, you will leave with a personalized session to practice at home autonomously. I establish and guide a practice that will be reevaluated and intensified gradually by integrating reflexology and Reiki (energy harmonization) during each course.
Private lessons can be done at the teacher's home or in English or in French.
