This class is based all around soccer/football related fitness.
A half hour football fitness bootcamp for kids aged 4-17! We will be looking to centralise times for age groups once we see demand.
All sessions are lead by English FA Licensed Coaches and our Lead Coach, Alex Williams, is a degree educated Sport Scientist and has been a lead coach for 3+ years.

In order for my to progress, I will first set an exam on the 1st meeting to which I can then understand your strengths and weaknesses and areas needed to improve.
I will then go through the exam with the pupil, what you got right and understand if any marks were a guess, I will then work through these areas and brush them up and then focus on the weaknesses of the subject.

This class is designed for people who want to understand American Football. It's a common thought that "it's just people running into each other", but it's like chess (just more physical) and you will understand why. We will assess your beginning knowledge and where you want your final understanding to be. You will be able to understand the rules, formations, basic plays, concepts and some in game adjustments.
If you would like to take your knowledge beyond the basics, we will cover how offenses and defenses work. You'll learn how to read a defense, types of coverage, routes that beat them, how to use pre-snap motion and more.
I had coached for three years and have been a student of the game all my life. I specialize in the pistol offense. I have also done coaching clinics with Washington State University and summer camps with Boise State University.

I have also recently completed my PGCE in Secondary Physical Education with Ebacc Geography.
