I have been doing yoga for a number of years and I teach beginners, intermediates and advanced vinyasa classes. Both Dynamic and Slow Flow. My lessons are 30 to 75 minutes, whichever you prefer, given in English or Dutch. I also teach other styles such as Yin Yoga, Restorative, Power and Ashtanga. Yoga has done a lot for me, both physically and mentally. It's not just about moving, it's about much more than that, and I'd love to share this with others. I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Greece. I would like to give my students a better understanding of why you are practicing a particular pose, its benefits for your body and mind, and the best way to get into the pose. My lessons are anything but superficial!
