I am a professional pianist offering private piano and theory lessons to students of all levels. Having 12 years of teaching experience, I enjoy motivating my students with music of their own preferred style and interest, whether that be classical or contemporary. My main goal is to promote a positive experience and love for music-making during the course of learning piano. If the student is interested in a more serious approach, I can also guide preparation for grades 1-8 of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) exams. I am currently pursuing my third degree (Postgraduate Concertsoloist) at the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp, and have obtained my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Piano Performance/Music from University of Minnesota and TCU-Fort Worth, TX, USA. My experience includes collaboration with many different instrumentalists and singers, performing as soloist with orchestra (also as harpist), and receiving top prizes in several competitions.

Hello! I'm an award-winning Canadian classical pianist and experienced teacher offering piano lessons for all levels, beginner to advanced. I have performed with orchestra and has a soloist in various festivals across Canada, Germany, Austria, Spain and Switzerland, in addition to being a prize winner in numerous competitions, as well as the recipient of numerous grants and awards. I am currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Montreal (Canada) and also pursuing a second degree at the University of Music of Geneva. I can teach Piano with different specialisations: Classical, Pop, Jazz, HipHop. I can also teach Music Theory, Jazz Improvisation and Theory (any instrument), Ear Training and Jazz/Pop/HipHop Composition and Arrangement. I can teach at my own place. Hello, I am a professor of piano (Studies at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and the Jaella Institute in Paris). For beginners: The course I give is global (learning to read, solfeggio etc.) so that I can give you lessons even if you have no training. We can start from scratch. For advanced students or those who have taken a break (sometimes longer) in their piano education, I often proceed to a repositioning of the technique or work directly on a directory of choice. I am a versatile musician who has performed both as a percussionist and as a pianist in solo and chamber music concerts in major venues in Caracas, in my home country. I took part in several national and international tours with the orchestra and percussion ensembles, playing in Costa Rica, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden and the UK. In 2015 I graduated with a Master of Music in Instrumental Performance (piano) from Birmingham Conservatoire, after studying with John Thwaites, Anthony Hewitt and Jan Loeffler. Now I study jazz piano in Paris under the guidance of Valerie Benzaquine at Jean Wiener Conservatoire. I also graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry in 2008 from Simon Bolivar University. I have experience teaching piano to children at different levels, and I have aided them to prepare for different exams and recitals. Additionally I have performing experience in different venues and ensembles.
