Sustained practice will allow you to relieve and prevent chronic pain such as back pain, joint pain, while also using breathing and relaxation techniques. In doing so, you will be able in particular to straighten your posture (spine), you could refine your silhouette, soften your hips, etc. After a few regular classes, you will be fit, enthusiastic, open and positive.
