Dance & Healing sessions | Transcendental Embodiment
Are you seeking life guidance through art, movement, and dance for emotional, psychological, and physical well-being? Welcome to the Transcendental Embodiment. I am here to support and guide you in your own process of discovering your inner healing power through: - chakras alignment, guided meditation, breathing exercises - self-expression & subjective experience through dance - expanding your heart space, emotional awareness, and healing in movement and dance - release of stress, judgment, and trapped emotions - grounding, self-care, resilience - and more... The sessions are tailored to the specific needs and capabilities of each individual. *Dance can be a practice of introspection, transformation, and transcendence of one’s subjective experiences into a worldwide journey." - Tiffany * As a professional dancer, teacher, and performance maker I am introspectively processing each working day in consciousness, listening to my upcoming emotions, triggers, or anxiety when it comes to be physically and mentally performative in a team, or as a freelance artist. Instead of suppressing these emotions and creating energetical and mental blockages (that can end up into somatic pains or burn-out): we should pay more attention to these inner warning messages and strengthen our emotional intelligence to be able to cope with the infinitesimal external stimulus and daily-stress of our very fast lives. It can be challenging to sense with clarity what is the origin of some feelings of frustration, unsatisfaction, discomfort, or grief, and it can be intimidating or discouraging to walk alone on that path. This class helps you to commit to your better-being, presence to oneself countering wellness procrastination. * What do you need to feel lighter, brighter, or happier in your everyday life? * * What is your self-achievement potentiality? * - For who? : For anyone who enjoys movement and dance, and desires a better connection and understanding with their moving bodies. / One-to-one or group sessions. - Where? : Online via SKYPE or at the student's location. Values: Integrity, Transparency, Respect, Cooperation * About TTE : The Transcendental Embodiment (TTE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding. The metaphysical unity of the tangible and intangibles bodies expounds the undeniable relationships between those in the physical realm. The tangible body (the material vehicle), the intangibles bodies (psychological, emotional, energetical, and spiritual). As a dance healing practice, guiding the practitioner to conscious corporeality, and subjective emotional understanding, this methodology can also be a useful tool to improve artistry and technical skills on a deeper level, widening mindful creativity, awareness, empathy, and sensitivity. (TTE) movement and dance methodology combines a meditative approach in stillness and through movement, awakening the mind, spreading the awareness into different body parts; put a specific emphasis on improvisation skills, and musicality, following energy impulses and intuitive movement, increasing the flow of energy. Inviting the practitioners to practice resilience, non-self definition, non-judgment, self-care and self-love, integrity, and acceptance to overcome technical, physical, and mental limits holding the practitioner from his self-achievement potentiality. This approach builds itself crescendo on subjective movement reflexivity and introspective journey through the following process: * The four steps: Being | Investigation | Exploration | Dedication Unconscious - Subconscious - Conscious - Transcendental Consciousness Feel free to contact me for any inquiries. Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Meditation, Mantra, Pranayama
A full course of one hour (60 min) with the possibility of reserving for a longer duration (90 min). My classes are mainly oriented on the connection with the breath, the anchoring and the deep muscular work. The lessons are adapted according to the level of the students, and I offer several variations: Hatha Yoga: general category which encompasses most of the styles practiced. "Hatha" means "perseverance", "effort" or even "determination". To be determined to achieve liberation within a certain period. This discipline is in relation with "prana", the vital force and its two components: masculine energies, considered as solar and active + feminine energies considered as lunar and passive. From there was born another interpretation according to which "Ha" & "Tha" would mean the sun and the moon united and balanced through the practice of Hatha yoga. The soul being the sun, constant and stable in its brilliance and luminosity, the spirit being the moon, constantly fluctuating and changing like the phases of the moon. The basic principle of Hatha yoga being to unite and harmonize the opposing energies of the body; the mind and its reactions. We unite the body and the spirit to unite the spirit with the universe. A Hatha yoga class consists of physical postures and breathing exercises. The postures are performed slower and last for a few breaths (30 seconds to a few minutes) to promote anchorage and stability. A real in-depth muscular work. Vinyasa Yoga: the Sanskrit term Vinyasa is derived from 2 roots "Nyasa" which means "to place" and "Vi" which can be translated as "in a specific way". Each movement is linked to rhythm and consciously placed to create a dynamic flow. It is a more rhythmic and powerful yoga which allows to link the postures in a harmonious way with transitions commonly called "vinyasa" and used in particular during the sun salutations. Here we retain the postures in a shorter time than during a Hatha yoga session, but we are still aware of our movements and our alignment. Gentle yoga: for people looking for relaxation, a stretching work inspired by Yin Yoga to release muscle tension and settle into letting go. I invite you to discover Yoga with Hope Arts Studio or to deepen your knowledge if you are already practicing. Meditation: work on the chakras; the 7 main energy centers of the body, often represented by 7 specific colors. During this session, we will focus on a particular chakra to balance and / or unblock it through breathing techniques and guided meditation. We will also explore mindfulness meditation, bringing the moment to the present moment, reconnecting to your “inner self” consciously and without judgment, examining thoughts and emotions. This practice is beneficial for relieving tension and everyday stress. Possibility of private or semi-private lessons in the studio, at home or online. I teach in French and English.

Hey yogis! I'm currently living in Granada, Nicaragua. If you found yourself staying in this beautiful town or live her permanently, I invite you to try a class with me. If you're somewhere else in the world, looking for an online yoga experience, feel free to contact me as well. I am a certified Yoga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga instructor. I obtained a certificate of a 200-hour Yoga Vinyasa teaching training and a 50-hour Yin Yoga teacher training accredited by Yoga Allience. I also completed Yoga Vinyasa teacher training according to Basia Łukaszczyk's original program and participated in yoga workshops. Currently, I finished 40-hour Yoga Nidra teacher training. To learn more about my education and working experience you can visit my profile. My favourite styles of yoga are Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and everything in-between. I always create classes based on your needs and wishes. Yoga Vinyasa is a dynamic practice in which breath guides the movement. We will mainly focus on standing and sitting asanas and flowing transitions. This practice warms up the body, strengthens and stretches it. By concentrating on the breath it allows you to rest from the racing thoughts and emotions. Yin Yoga affects deep tissues, including tendons and fascia. It is a static practice in which we stay in deep stretching positions for extended periods of time which allows to increase mobility and range of motion in the joints. In this stillness we devote ourselves to inner work - directing the breath to places that need it the most and observing and calming our thoughts. Yoga Nidra is a magical experience of building the sensation of wholeness within you. It will relax you, may also activate emotions which have been living within you for some time. In Yoga Nidra classes you stay in Savasana or sitting position and follow my voice. Classes include body scanning, breathing technics and visualizations. We try to relax you and at the same time work with traumas, anxiety and other challenging states and feelings. If you are still interested, let me know and we will try to create a nice experience for you! Monika

Yin Yoga Class with meditation and breathing practice
I am a certified yin yoga teacher and I offer 1 hour 30 minutes yin yoga experience. WHAT IS YIN YOGA Yin Yoga is a slow paced and passive style of yoga practice where postures are practiced on the floor in static way for an extended period of time ranging from two to five minutes. When combines with internal awareness yin yoga also becomes a highly meditative tool to cultivate inner silence, enhance awareness and explore the deeper realm of our consciousness. PROGRAM Class is very appropriate for beginner and advanced practitioners. In 1.30 hour class we will start with 15 minutes guided meditation then we will continue 60 minutes with yin yoga poses. These poses mainly work with lower of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine and focus on facia. The practice of yin yoga is based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles which believe there are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies. We are opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow freely. We will close our practice with breathing exercise such as Nadi Shodhana, Ocean Breath. Breathing exercises can have an effect on your state of mind, improve cognitive function and reduce symptoms of anxiety. The last 15 minutes we can have tea, my hand made glutem free sweet and talk about yoga, life, meditation. Spiritual music - the art of making music from the heart
Learn to make music straight from the heart! Study music as a spiritual practice. It is one of the most valued factors in music all over the world, though also one of the least understood. (At least in the western world, if not anywhere.) Often deemed a kind of sub-talent "one just has or one doesn't", I am very certain it is something any musician can learn. I know because I found out how that works. The technique is easy to understand, but hard to master. Mastering in fact takes a lifetime. As it is in essence the art of improving oneself through the medium of music. A lifelong student myself, I have always found it hard to study music in any other way. Most things therefore I had to find out by myself while carving my own path, never really staying with any music teacher for long. No matter how skilled you currently are at making music, you can learn this if you feel the motivation to do so. In fact it can be an advantage not to much already. One main medium we use for training is improvisation. Which might be scary at first, but can become something very exciting very soon if you open yourself to it. Anyone can learn this! The methods used can also be applied to non-improvised music. They turn studying music into a spiritual practice and performing music into the sharing of spiritual energy with other people. Are you interested in making music from the heart? Are you open to accept my teachings as a hypothesis, to find out for yourself if it works for you? Depending on what you prefer we can also integrate a variation of other spiritual techniques into our lessons. Get in touch! Lessons can also be online or in person, we will talk about this during intake. Other times and dates than stated here might also be available, please contact me for further enquiries. Usually very flexible when it comes to time and location. *** Background: Musically I am experienced with a wide variety of instruments. I am active in other artistic disciplines. Please read my profile for more information. For the past 10 years or so I have had much spiritual training, living practically like a monk next to having a part time job, until quite recently. For more information about this, please also read my profile.
Personal Yoga classes for all levels, meditation and breath work!
Yoga classes will help you to improve flexibility and strength, mental health and concentration. Yoga stretches the muscles. Standing poses work the muscles in the lower body, and inversions, like downward dog and arm balances, strengthen the upper body. Many poses in yoga can strengthen the core muscles in your stomach and back. A strong core leads to better posture, which can help prevent back and neck problems. Ease stress and anxiety levels. Yoga involves breathing exercises that force you to pay attention to your breath. Deep breathing can help you relax almost instantly, which can help relieve stress and anxiety. Reduce low back pain. Practicing yoga for several months may ease chronic low back pain, help you function better, and enrich your quality of life.
