I'm a therapist, qualified in many disciplines of therapy, among which energy healing methods stand a good number. They have helped me a lot during my journey and development so I decided to study, practice and experience more forms of frequencial healing so that I could put them together and help others passing the knowledge along.
All titles are just a different quality or frequency of energy that we call in, but always remember it's all already there and you can get to it any time you need.
Treatments via distance have been a huge discovery for me, as they pass through in the most deconditioned way possible, which is the main requisite for the energy to flow: unconditional love.

I suggest resting on a bed or a chair during the session to get the most benefits from it. Shutting off electronics works well for those sensitive to energy. Some like to wear a sleep mask and use ear plugs, but that isn't necessary.
The Reiki can come across in many ways and a person may feel tired, energized, see colors, hear voices, feel someone touching you, feel vibrations or even electricity, tingly/twitchy sensations, or experience peace. Some people don't feel anything and that is fine too. Many fall asleep because that is the easiest way for the energy to reach a person. What is felt depends on the level of sensitivity of the person receiving the energy.
During the session, crystals can be held, incense burned, and/or music played. Any of these are good and can enhance the experience. They are not necessary and not needed.
The energy comes across differently for everyone. After the session drinking more water, eating protein and even dark chocolate is suggested for grounding. Some people feel an emotional release within 48 hours; other feel better than ever before. It always varies and even if someone receives Reiki from me every week, it would never feel the same each time.
Other people feel energized, calm, or even sleepy. It is very individual and no two people will feel the same thing. The results can also be different each time. Although the results will be for the highest good, they may not always be the way we expect them to be. Be open to any way that the Reiki may come across and work. If unsure of whether or not the sensations felt are part of the session or ok, contact me. I will be happy to check out the energy.

This is probably my most in detail aspect I can go on. - Boxing/ kickboxing/ thaiboxing My background: I've been consuming science from every source, any area since the day I can remember. I know there is an incredible amount of false or misleading information even from scientific papers. With all the time I've spent consuming information, I learned how to separate useful information with information that is not applicable or simply false or misleading. This is what I use as foundation to learn a field. Then I moved on to applying everything I know. Next to pure exercise, I can teach you how to make a diet suiting your needs. My focus on diet is to be realistic. Nobody is able to stay 100% on his/ her diet which is absolutely fine. You can't follow a diet if you can't cheat once in a while or you don't enjoy consuming. I can explain you why I make every choice, why you need certain nutritions, when you should consume what and why, how to keep it financially friendly, what supplements are worthy to take if any?... The nutrition aspect is something I've learned from my school background (biotechnology, bio medics, biology). Do keep in mind, I never completed any degree. I was an awful student in school at those ages despite my interest. I simply was in a bad place in those years. Though I picked up consuming this information aswel because I had some digestion disorders. From then on, I studied a lot regarding nutrition and food intake.
