I taught math / physics in a private school preparing for the Central Jury for almost 3 years, and I gave private lessons to about 200 high school and university students (Solvay, medicine, architecture, economics, physiotherapy, ...) for almost 12 years, mainly in French in Brussels and in English in London. With the exception of 2-3 isolated cases, all of my students were successful. I analyze how the student thinks, seeing him at work in front of an exercise. Then I explain the matter to him according to his way of thinking.

StephenMaths for english-speaking students, aimed at the Brevet and Baccalaureate in France, and the GCSE and A-Levels for UK exams.
I taught Maths for ten years in both private preparatory schools, and secondary schools (in Surrey and Somerset.) I also successfully ran, for six years, my own private maths tuition business in Guildford. I have a First-Class Degree in Mathematics/Economics from the University of Surrey.
Maths is a subject that, often, students of any age are simply afraid of. Building confidence in a student that they do have the ability (and everyone does) is absolutely vital. To this end, tailoring what and how I teach to the needs of the individual is really important. It is also a subject that, sometimes, needs to be explained in very different ways to different students. For example, one student will understand algebra in a very theoretical way, others relate better to a "real-life" comparison. You have to be very flexible in your ideas and approaches as a Maths teacher, and that's something that I have always prided myself on being able to do.
BarthélemyTuition in math - french - guitar (also via webcam)
In addition to school classes, I offer guitar lessons (I can offer only guitar lessons if it's the ones you are interested in) since I myself played guitar for 11 years. The courses will be interactive and user-friendly for a performance first classic then reduced, it seems normal to get familiarized within a particular course.
RomaneGraduate Chemical Engineer Gives Math, Physics and Chemistry Courses
After obtaining a scientific baccalaureate with honors, I did a preparatory class at the grandes écoles option physics chemistry. I then joined the ENSCL engineering school and graduated in 2017 with a specialty in materials science. Following this, I worked a year and a half in academic scientific research for the study of a material used in aircraft engines.
In addition, for over a year, I have been mentoring a public service employee preparing a competition for the position of territorial engineer for these examinations in mathematics and physics. We have, for this, taken over the theory and the application of the programs of the classes of 1st S, Terminale S and first year of CPGE PCSI.
My training and my experiences brought me both the technical skills but also the human qualities that allow me today to consider myself able to teach mathematics, physics and chemistry up to a level BAC + 2.
My teaching method is above all very adaptable to the pupil and his needs. I can go back to classes and theory but I can also base the session on revisions of notions seen in class or work applications part of the course and exercises.
