This class is for people with a passion for tasty vegetarian food. The aim is to learn the basics of indian cooking, that could be applied to most Indian dishes. You will learn a variety of techniques , using ingredients found in most supermarkets, to create simple, yet mouthwatering vegetarian dishes. Don't worry if you are beginner, as the classes will follow a step by step routine and are easy to follow.

You will need some basic spices for each lesson: Tumeric powder,cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chilli powder, crushed garlic and crushed ginger,jeeru powder, dhana powder, garam masala, dried chillies(small), salt. You may also need: a couple of saucepans varying in size, with lids and a large frying pan with a lid. A wok and a small non stick frying pan will be useful.
