I have a passion and ability to teach in the three areas mentioned above. Learners come from different levels: beginners, hobbyists, experts and basic levels. Our human worth is expressed in the way we think, feel, and act. As humans, we always have the ability to learn and excel. When I was in my twenties, a true story of an old lady in her 90s inspired me to never stop learning. She is often seen during breaks on the AUB campus, sitting in a chair in the green gardens of the campus, carrying a book and constantly reading something. Freshmen had always viewed her as the white-haired `` professor '' at a college, until the day a group of friends approached her and asked her what major she was studying. She looked at her with her humble eyes and said, "I am a student here!" The morale of such an unusual story is that we never stop learning things when we want, regardless of our age.

    I strive to understand the needs and passions of my passion. This helps me tailor my training sessions to identify areas for improvement with appropriate mentoring. I define training as a mechanism to facilitate the learning process for the individual through the correct orientation towards the desired outcome that the trainee discovers by receiving insight from the training session and orientation towards setting the goal (s) to achieve them on time. This helps the coach to grow in skills by applying learning outcomes.

    During my introductory session with a potential client, I put a differentiating factor between coaching and mentoring and sometimes classes can be a mixture of coaching and mentoring. I define mentoring as a learning mechanism wherein the lead mentor directs, advises, recommends solutions, shares stories and experiences, introduces a specific knowledge area, motivates and inspires the learner for growth in personal and professional life.
