As a math teacher, I offer private lessons in science subjects. My classes are mainly aimed at cycle and college students in Geneva, as well as students from private schools. I can also help people who have already finished their schooling but who need to upgrade their knowledge for professional needs. I am generally available within 3 days of your request and I move around the canton of Geneva using public transport (TPG). Travel costs are included in my rates. For a long-term follow-up, I can give you exercises to do between sessions and correct them at home. I speak and understand English, but my lessons will be mainly in French. I am ready to adapt my teaching according to your specific needs and to provide personalized support to help you progress in scientific subjects. I hold British and French nationalities and speak both languages (and Spanish). I am specialised in teaching French as a foreign language (literature and grammar). I am a very adaptable and enthusiastic person. I have a TEFLA certificate (for teaching English) and a CEFLE certificate (for teaching French). My goal is to help the student to progress in the subjects which pose a problem to him by insisting on the obstacles which he meets. I am used to working with children, having myself a 9-year-old little brother, nevertheless my level is quite suitable for more mature students I know how to adapt to the needs of the student and rely mainly on books or documents from my own courses or elsewhere, and which I find to be very effective for anyone with difficulties in German, English or French. In addition, I particularly enjoy writing theory sheets.

If you are an absolute beginner thats okay too, I've dealt with many beginners in secondary and at a higher level. Student in 3rd year of college, I give mathematics classes for students from primary to secondary school. For the course of 1h: I will take the time to do a summary for 15-20 min and the rest will be exercises. An effective method that will help to understand the theory and reinforce it with practice. I will also put tests in situation so that the student can manage his stress. I am very patient and pedagogue, and will only get personal satisfaction once the student understands everything.
