    Lessons teaching boxing skills & cardio, fitness and pad work

    I teach outside and in 1st arrondissement. I’ll have equipment with me and you’re welcome to use my spare gloves etc until you know you’re in love, and then I can help you get your own if you want. I have sanitiser and wipes etc - I’m very fussy about making sure everything is clean!

    We do lots of cardio to build endurance, to help you learn how to use your feet and condition your legs for all the movement they will be doing.

    If you’ve never boxed before it’s no problem. We have fun, you learn something new, and by the time the hour is over - you’ve have had a big workout as well!
