I have studied Composition, Harmony and Counterpoint since the very start of my Music education when I was 9. I have always discovered new ideas through improvising. It is best to know the rules to traditional harmony, and then break them if you want!

As an experienced saxophonist I like to pass on my knowledge in an adapted, easy way. From the beginning, the focus is on what you want to learn to play yourself. If you do not yet have solfège knowledge, this will be learned while playing the saxophone. In terms of difficulty, I have experience with all levels of saxophonists ranging from young children to retirees who still want to fulfill their dream as a musician. With one it goes a little more smoothly than with the other, but on average you can easily play a first song in less than a month. Lessons can be scheduled very flexibly. Do you want a lesson every week or rather a refresher every month? Which can! We'll put our agendas together. Would you like a half hour, 45 minutes or an hour of lessons? That too is possible. To sing! Anyone can do it. During our lessons we will focus on further developing your voice. It is important when singing that we use our voice in the right way, so you will enjoy singing more. I am a professional bassoonist performing in the best early music groups in Belgium, Europe and Australia. I specialise on baroque bassoon, and can teach both early bassoon and modern bassoon. Students will learn repertoire specifically chosen for their level, and learn all basic techniques for playing the bassoon. Also there will be lessons about reeds, and general music theory, and musicianship.

Piano lessons are open to everyone who wants to learn to play the piano, improve their playing or have fun with music! I am a pianist with years of experience in piano teaching, finishing my master's degree at the Conservatory in Ghent. My lessons are adjusted to your specific needs. Would you like to learn violin in a fun and relaxed atmosphere? My name is Gabriela, I have 12 years of experience as a performing violinist and started with my teaching practice 3 years ago. Music is a wonderful way of bringing joy and people together. My goal is to give you the tools to share it with the people around you. In this class you will learn the basics of violin technique such as the correct body posture, violin hold and the grip of the bow. In combination with violin, a introduction to music theory will also be taught! A personalized plan can be made for each student according to their own musical taste, this could range from classical, film, folk, pop music and others. Students of all ages are welcomed!

Hi, I'm Karoline! I have a Bachelor of Education from the University of Music and performing arts Vienna and have been teaching for several years. Whether you are a complete beginner (of any age) or have been playing for many years - my lessons will be customized to fit you personal needs and goals. For me the most important thing is to pass down my passion for the instrument and music and to teach you how to be confident with your instrument. I can also prepare you for exams (i.e. entrance exams for a music university) and teach lessons in music theory and ear training. In my lessons I like to occasionally use methods from elementary music education, which focuses on musical expression. That way you can practice to express yourself and your feelings on the instrument and the typical fear of mistakes is being avoided. I teach in a beautiful room with a grand piano near the Belvedere.
