I have been working and teaching in the industry all my life and have worked with those who have no experience at all to those who are considered to be some of the best in their respected fields. I provide an in-depth class that is specifically designed to match the skill level and goals of the students I take on. I can either travel to your exact location or book a space in a venue that may suit you better depending on your space allowance. In these classes, we will go through a range of techniques, learn new skills and mostly have fun. ( I can teach up to three people at a time if you would like to buddy up with friends or family ).

Hello everyone, I have been practicing yoga for 8 years now and I have been a teacher for 3 years. I did my first training in 2020 on the beautiful Hindu island of Bali where Yoga is very famous. This took place in English and allowed me to validate 200 hours of multi-style Yoga training (meditation, pranayamas/breathing, vinyasa, yin yoga, ashtanga and restorative yoga). The latter is Yoga Alliance certified. Subsequently, I did a specialized training in Hatha Yoga. I am currently in Bali where I am still perfecting myself every day in the field of Yoga.
