It helps rehabilitate spinal injuries and strengthen our core muscles, resulting in a feeling of strength and wide range of mobility. Pilates is especially beneficial for those who suffer from back and neck pain, or athletes that wish to enhance their physical performance. Practicing Pilates is about quality and precision of movement and teaches our body to operate optimally, reducing significantly the risk of injury.

I offer Pilates mat-work classes as well as Reformer.

About Me

I have been passionate about movement and understanding body mechanics from childhood. I particularly enjoy the sports that require a high degree of position/movement control such as dancing, gymnastics, figure skating, etc. I myself practice some of those disciplines.

I love teaching and have enjoyed being an instructor for more than 10 years. Pilates has been my main focus, as it brings great benefits to people from different profiles. It has personally helped me become a better athlete and keep a high standard of physical wellness.

I love practicing and teaching Pilates, and I am broadly equipped to tailor my classes to different students depending on their goals and needs.

Education

Pilates Instructor Advanced certificate.
Mat-work and Studio.
Specialization in rehabilitation, pregnancy, post-partum and elderly.
Spanish Federation of Physical Activities.

+10 years work experience teaching all levels and ages, fitness, elderly, pregnancy groups and private rehabilitation sessions.
