A class lasts 30 minutes, unless you want more (45 min, 60'). For children under 6 years of age, attentional capacity rarely exceeds 45 minutes, so it is advisable not to exceed this duration. For aquagym and aquabike, the class lasts approximately 42 minutes + 3 minutes of stretching. Please note: I do not have ACCESS to public swimming pools, I do not have an Agreement or Contract allowing me to teach you there. If you want to swim supervised / corrected, a one hour session is appropriate. I can take you to a competition ACCESS level (Challenge Avenirs), but I do not have the prerogative of training, performance programming or "sports performance" planning.
