Fitness Motivation and Diet during quarantine period.Covid-19 has hit us all in a hard manner, all the gyms, swimming pools, and other workout places are closed. Staying at home leads to excess snacking and causes an increase in weight.
This class will be a one on one/group session with a mixture of activities involved in running, cycling, and other non-contact activities such as yoga and power training. My main role would be to motivate and involve the participants in these activities to keep themselves fit.
Participants will be trained in weight loss, weight constant, and muscle building.
I have lost 25 kilos in 5 months until March 14, but after the lockdown, it took me a while to figure out activities to keep myself fit. Therefore I want to use my experience as a lesson to people who are facing difficulties.
