My name is Yasmine, and I was born and raised in the charming little city of Tangier. I've been living in Casablanca since 2017, after completing my undergraduate studies in Human Resource Development at Al Akhawayn University (AUI). I discovered tutoring at AUI while working part-time as a tutor at the Writing Center, which was created to help students improve their writing skills. While I was initially eager to start a side hustle to save money, I had no idea how much fun it would become. Working with a new student every day opened my eyes to a new path: teaching. Even then, I'd considered it but never devoted the time or attention I thought it deserved.

A few years later, I created an account on Apprentus and began offering my services to a few students while working full-time. This experience allowed me to meet incredible people, with whom I was able to share my knowledge of English, while having very interesting and enriching exchanges.

After a few years away from the website, juggling professional and personal responsibilities, I'm back today and delighted to welcome a few students. To be completely transparent, the students I've hosted in the past were all adults with full-time jobs. Today, I welcome students of all levels who wish to improve their English, whether for personal or professional purposes.

With my modest 7 years of experience in corporate Human Resources, acquired within several large multinationals, I bring not only my linguistic skills, but also my business vision and vocabulary. This is why I am eager to welcome students wishing to improve their level in business. I would be delighted to support them in this process, while sharing my skills in slide writing, preparation and presentation.
