During the classes importance is given to get people into their bodies in a way that increases body awareness, strength and flexibility. We will work on a range of different exercises where adaptions are possible at all times.

I'm specialized in Vinyasa Flow Yoga. My classes are dynamic, energetic and focus on connecting the body and mind through breath. My goal is to guide the students to live in harmony with their minds and bodies.
I also teach the 5 tibetans in a way, that you will quickly be able to integrate in your daily morning ritual on your own.
I teach for students of all levels. Beginners are welcome! The focus is on correct alignment and I recommend private classes for all beginners, before you you pick up "bad habits".

I am a 200 Hatha Yoga teacher, originally from Italy and I have been practicing yoga and meditation for more than 3 years. I can help you to move through a slow yoga flow or through a more intense and dynamic hatha practice. My classes include meditation and breathing exercises adapted to the person. I carefully select music to stimulate energy, concentration and relaxation.

I give all age yoga classes to your home, so no need to move. The only thing you need is a yoga mat!
The first session will be an acquaintance, see what your expectations are and what type of yoga would be best for you. There are different types of yoga, the ones I propose are hatha yoga, vinyasa, yin yoga and children's yoga.
I really like to include other aspects of yoga in my classes such as meditation and pranayama (breathing).

I teach a mixture of hatha and vyniasa and offer 15 minutes meditation too. My classes are 75 minutes in total, but can also adjust based on your needs.
In my classes, I'll help you develop your practice, strengthen your body and connect with your breath and body so you can enjoy a holistic practice and reconnect with yourself.
Classes can be taught in French or English and are open to all levels. I am open to any arrangements as I work for myself from home and have a very flexible schedule :)

Having 20+ years of experience, I am interested in sharing my knowledge of yoga and the benefits of Reiki (energy harmonization) with everyone. I was trained in India where I lived for several years (Iyengar, Sivananda). Iyengar's individual approach allows you to work the postures accurately using the breath, without hurting yourself, learning to listen to him. I currently practice dynamic yoga based on a series of postures by consciously breathing that allows the mind to gradually let go.
Private lessons allow you to establish a personal practice program. After a first interview, during which your motivations and needs are studied, you will leave with a personalized session to practice at home autonomously. I establish and guide a practice that will be reevaluated and intensified gradually by integrating reflexology and Reiki (energy harmonization) during each course.
Private lessons can be done at the teacher's home or in English or in French.

Having a physical and mental outlet- such as a regular home yoga practice- is so important. During the first confinement in France, I turned my in-person yoga classes into online sessions. The virtual classes I teach have proven effective for my beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. I have also resumed teaching in-person yoga sessions and classes in Paris.
Yoga aligns your physical movement with your breath and increases physical strength and flexibility. Practicing yoga with a private teacher enables you to have the proper alignment for the postures, which ensures the most benefits.
