    About Me

    My first passion is cooking, reading about food and beer, and discovering new flavors while traveling.
    When shopping for ingredients, I avoid supermarkets and buy seasonal and local ingredients from local markets and specialty stores.
    I have been welcoming foreign students for 30 years. Cooking for them and sharing my knowledge of food helped us refine typical Belgian dishes and explain their history.
