ShayaClassical Double-Bass, Improvisation and music theory lessons!
Professional double bass teacher gives double bass and improvisation lessons to children and adults, all levels in Brussels and environments
Passionate about the world of music and bass, I developed a method that allows everyone, children and adults, to discover this world through pleasure, to make rapid progress, and consequently to invest always more to arrive at real performances. Parallel to the mastery of the instrument and the ear, I teach the awakening of the music to the classes of young children, the sound poetry (sounds of mouth) as well as the instrumental improvisation in all age groups .
The relation to the instrument is a relation to the soul and the body. That's why I conceive a global, playful and philosophical approach to music adapted to everyone's needs. In my classes, I develop creativity, spontaneity, the desire to go beyond myself, the sense of oneself and the other.
Thanks to my studies in different regions of the planet (Israel, France, Germany, United States, Belgium) I was able to broaden my musical horizons, to deepen my knowledge and my mastery of the instrument (I play for example as well with the German bow with the French bow or the pizzicato). I like to experiment with the sounds of the double bass in all the range of its possibilities and to allow the students this same step. My playful approach to music also weaves excellent contact with learners, children and adults alike.

MazarinePiano lessons for beginners and intermediates of all ages :)
Hello! I graduated in international relations from the Free University of Brussels and have been playing the piano for fourteen years.
I took piano lessons for ten years at the Academy of Boitsfort, as well as five years of music theory, singing lessons, piano improvisation classes, piano jazz lessons, and accompanying classes. at the piano for the French song.
I am passionate about piano. I have six little sisters so I'm used to children, and I love spending time with children, putting myself in their shoes, discovering their way of seeing the world. But I like spending time with people of all ages.
My biggest dream is to communicate to others my passion for the piano.
Once the basics have been acquired, I opt for a learning method that is based on the alternation between technical exercises on the one hand and lighter exercises on the other, according to the student's desires: to decipher the score of a music he or she would like to play, learn to improvise, or combine piano and singing.

GiorgosI'm a professional classical guitarist, student at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussels, and i give guitar, theory and solfege lessons
Music for me is everything.
It's my career, my past-time, i think of it when i'm playing, i think of it when i'm not.
I feel very fortunate to be practicing such a delicate and powerful profession since i feel it gives me perspective on things both inside and outside my life.
This excitement of discovery and learning i wish to share, as i have been doing for the past 11 years, with students in my hometown of Athens, Greece and for the past 2 years with students here in Belgium.
Lessons are structured around the pupil's needs and interests, however i firmly believe that the best results in terms of understanding, and by extension performing music in an enjoyable way, come from a more complete "all-around" education, and as such i teach music theory in parallel with the guitar if needed.
In order to explore both the virtues as well as the limits of the guitar, we look at a wide range of repertoire from the time of the renaissance, to our very own century, but always with the classical guitar as our host and guide.
I'll be happy to work with you

GintaPersonalised Piano Classes for pupils of young age to encourage creative thinking
I am offering personalised piano classes for children. Besides studying piano professionally, I have attained my degree in Fine Arts, which allowed me to form a unique methodology. My method is based on a focused yet relaxed and playfull approach to piano practice. Playing overlaps with studying the language (solfeggio) and the history of music, with examples from visual art of the period in question. The aim of this kind of learning experience is to go beyond plain execution of musical pieces and to learn how to think along music as a form of expression. In this way I seek to encourage curiosity and creative thinking, thus offering a glimpse into visual forms of art at the same time. Architecture, sculpture, and paintings provide a visual context to imagine the lives of composers and to understand why music sounds the way it does. Personalised classes are tailored to each student’s needs and ex- perience, while the piano becomes a tool to practice and form a thoughtful relationship to music.
Classes are taught in English, near Park Forest.
