I am a current A Level Latin student, who also takes Classics and Maths, student- predicted A* for Latin and Classics and I achieved a grade 9 (A*) for my Latin GCSE. Medieval scholars and contemporary language researchers alike advocate the use of dialogues and comprehensible input for language acquisition, and it most certainly works! As opposed to the "memorise grammar rules and then babble them in front of the class" approach that was demonstrated by the infamous "Romanēs eunt domus" scene from Monty Python's "The Life of Brian", you will learn to feel the grammar, so that you will be able to use the different cases of Latin without even thinking about it, just like a native speaker!
