I am familiar with classical repertoire as well as music from the 20th and 21st-century. If you prefer Pop, Folk, Jazz, or another style, the classes can also be focused on those styles of music. If you have a specific kind of repertoire or piece in mind we will work on it! I have been learning the violin and piano since 5 years old, and am currently taking a bachelor in Music Performance in Violin, in the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp. Students of any age are welcome, and I have special experience with beginner and younger students, having given a lot of lessons of piano and music theory. I teach in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and basic Dutch. The individual violin and piano lessons are personalized and tailored to the progress and learning ability of each student. Emphasis is placed on developing good posture and ease of movements at the early stage. Hello everyone! My name is Blanca and I am a Master student in the Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen. I offer private music and piano lessons, at your place or even online. I have been teaching children and adults since I am 17, and I have been working in a lot of private schools, as well my own private students. I can adapt the contect to every level, and for me it's quite important the communication during the lessons, and the goals we want to achieve. Welcome to my online Piano Class. I will happily help you achieve your musical goals, from the basic fundamentals of piano playing (reading music, positioning your hand on the keys) to building a wonderful sound and technique, allowing you to play any song. I respect all students, I listen to their concerns and I am always happy and creative in helping them express themselves through music.

From my childhood I have been studying music and art: sang in choir and solo, played piano, painted, studied music history and literature, solfeggio. Later in college I have also learned choir conducting, had ensemble and choir singing lessons, cultural studies. During last year in university I had pedagogy practice at university and at private art school (where I worked as a music tutor before the war - piano, voice). I truly enjoyed working with students. They all were different age (8 - 40+ years old) and level. But all were very interesting and work was pleasant. My education was very various: my core subjects were conducting, choir, voice, piano. So it allowed me to work with children, teens and adults with quite wide range of interests and needs: some students needed/wanted to learn particular composition(s), sometimes pop songs arrangements, some were interested in “introduction” to the music, some wanted to renew skills they gained in their childhood and continue their journey to the music world. In addition I prepared presentations (which contained information about cultural and historical background and musical and character/art analysis). So after graduation from choir conducting faculty (which allowed me to deepen my knowledge in many important compatible branches) I concentrated on studying classical singing and piano, expanded my cultural studies and analysis knowledge, practiced solfeggio and harmony.
