I am Cèlia, a Catalan cellist living in Antwerp. I studied my bachelor's degree at the HKU Utrechts Conservatorium and my master's degree at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen. I offer cello and music theory lessons for all levels. I have several years of experience teaching children and adults in individual and group lessons. I adapt the content of the lessons to the level, needs and goals of each student. I am a very enthusiastic person who likes working with people and making music. I speak Catalan, Spanish, English and a basic level of Dutch.

I start playing violin when I was 5 years-old, and since then I never stoped. I thank my first teachers for passing me the entusiasm, passion and love for playing violin when I was a child. So... I would love to pass the same feeling to my students, to have fun while playing violin and learning new music! I adapt to the needs of every student, and from the first lesson together we define what are our goals and how we can reach them. If possible I would also like to do group lessons (with all the students), because I find it really important to do music together and share experiences.

Practical violin classes for all levels. No matter if you already had any contact with the instrument or if it is the first time you are playing violin. Also I offer support for those violin students that need a little bit of extra motivation or a different point of view to help them pass their classes.

For the study of the instrument, we will focus on a dynamic between, the study of the cello and his technique, using scores, melodies, and improvisation. A method based also on the connection brain-body that alow to improve and enjoy the art of practicing in different ways. Anyway, each student requires a specific method, depending on their dedication and objectives. The assigned method varies between students and growth by levels; this situation makes teachers take a decision. Sometimes the explanation is required in a theoretical or more dynamic way through videos, music, own compositions, improvisation, imitation, and feelings. I am a Master student of Violoncello in the Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen and I offer private music and cello lessons! I have experience teaching to children all ages and adults too. We can also organize music lessons for small groups of children (friends, family...) I am very enthusiastic and I adapt the content to your level. I will start learning Dutch as well, so soon enough I will be able to do the lessons in Dutch too!

Professional flutist. Higher Degree in Interpretation and Master's Degree (+ Music Training) at the Higher Conservatory of Music of the Liceu of Barcelona. Flute and/or musical language classes are offered to beginner or intermediate level students, as well as preparation for conservatory entrance tests, reinforcement of analysis, music history... Adaptation to each student taking into account their particular needs and objectives. The classes aim to provide the student with technical tools with the instrument so that they can advance, enjoy and, most importantly, avoid frustration by knowing how to study later at home. I would like to help young flutists by sharing everything I have learned during my years of training. I think that many times you do not have the right teachers and the student can become frustrated by not making progress. My goal is to help prevent this from happening :)

Beginner - Expert Violin! All ages and levels are welcome. I will improve your passagework, intonation, vibrato, sliding, presence, and solidity. I can also encourage musical intuition and imagination for creative students and teach them how to be independent thinkers to achieve awesome musicianship. In my first two years of violin training, I had the opportunity to study the Suzuki method while becoming accustomed to a more traditional style and am therefore versatile and flexible with student's abilities. I have performed as a classical soloist, in chamber groups, and with a full orchestra. Additionally, I have experience in modern popular music and help my students understand the importance of both mental preparation and knowledge on comfortability during their practice time and their performance time.
