LouiseGlobal History and Contemporary World News
"Who does not know his story is condemned to relive it ..." is the litany that Marx killed himself to make us understand.
In a strong socio-cultural context where the decision of autonomy of the peoples is at the crossroads of the contemporary stakes, not knowing its past has aborted its future.
Everyone is capable of being self-taught, yet one needs to have enough self-confidence to dominate a sense of vulnerability combined with a state of fear fostered by years of self-censorship.
Hence the need to find a peer with whom to share his experience and his knowledge to enable a lasting social emulation.
The modes of learning and expressions are varied, so I can offer you a personalized study plan adapted to your needs.
This course is for anyone who wants to have a global approach to world history (involving multiple subjects simultaneously) in a relaxed atmosphere where everyone will leave with the feeling of having learned something for good.
In addition, anxious to support my words and your desires, we can make fun outings (museum, conferences, debate ...) to study a case in depth.

SaraProfessional Music-Therapy sessions (individual or group)
I am a professional violinist and professional music-therapist.
Music has been found to have curative, therapeutic, and other medical values for human well-being and its physical, mental, and social effects have been documented throughout history. In addition to its potential of relieving e.g. physical pain and stress, music has been considered as a powerful resource for the social aspects of healthcare and well-being, which suggests that music can provide and cultivate several aspects of human well-being.

XavierREVIEW ESO AND BACHILLERATO (SOCIAL AND HUMANITIES). ENGLISH
BACHELOR REVIEW classes (Social, Humanities), English, Catalan, Philosophy, Literature, History ... AND THAT. More than 20 years giving individual and small group classes in English, Spanish and Catalan. Academies and online. My name is Xavier.
I was born in Barcelona ... a long time ago. I grow up in this town, but now I live a bit far from here. I studied at the University of Barcelona and in Huddersfield (near Shefield, Halifax, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, ... not very far from York: quite nice places and better people), and I've been teaching Catalan, Spanish, Philosofy , History and English for a long time ... since I was 16. What happened? Very short, I promise: I was walking down the street two years ago, from just opposite this private school, and I thought myself: well, you might enter this place and see. I like English language very much ... and the UK, ... but I don't have a poster of the Queen on my bedroom's wall. It was a sort of a blind date. And there she was: her smile, her diligence, effectiveness. Eva listened to me. And after two weeks she was texting me for a class. "Please, Xavier, can you cover for some classes?" And here I am. (That was two years and a half ago, at the Academy English Studio where I have been an English teacher for more than two years, untill 13th March, when the lady in charge said literally that she would pass my 59 students to another teacher because I had no Internet at home, as I had recently moved to another town and had not had time to set the Internet, and nobody could have possibly known about that horrible and destructive confinement). More than 20 years teaching and learning with my students. Online classes. Spanish and Catalan teacher, too.

BY RUDYARD KIPLING
(‘Brother Square-Toes’—Rewards and Fairies)
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:
If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!
