    Yoga is a way of life and a complete physical activity for body and soul. The practice of yoga brings real benefits by improving strength and flexibility but also by reducing stress and anxiety. When you play sports, you build muscles, you become more enduring with efforts (the stairs seem lower to you) and you feel in better shape. Imagine that sport protects you against certain diseases such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular problems (the heart), and even back pain. Whatever your age or your physiology, no problem, we adapt! I will transmit you the basics of yoga, the type of yoga, the good postures corresponding to your profile. I can possibly give yoga lessons for children. And if you want a little more muscle, I will offer you sports sessions adapted (possible online) to your profile and your goals! The two together are a nice combo for your health and physical and mental form! I would love to share this with you :)
    Through my training in health and social (Bac ST2S + 1st year common to health studies), in biology (license) and in ecology (Masters), I have a lot of knowledge to transmit on a wide range of subjects!
