I am a linguist and language instructor with wide study experience in different international universities in Nairobi (Kenya), Rome (Italy), Madrid (Spain), London and Leicester (UK). Additionally, I have worked in intercultural, linguistics and formation programs with different international communities as well as private institutions since 1997. In 2015, reflecting on my growing academic concern to widen access and participation to Higher Education as well as Companies and Private Language Schools, I decided to undertake a Diploma course in TESOL at London Teacher Training College, and eventually, a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics and TESOL at the University of Leicester. My speciality includes Official English Exam preparation, the teaching of General & Business English, Language skills, Academic writing, English-Spanish translation, Editing & Proofreading, designing of the course syllabus and preparing didactic materials. Notably, I have a long-standing interest and involvement in Online and Distance Learning with my teaching methodology being communicative competence.
