I base my lessons on the needs of my students, that is, I talk to them and review what is the best learning method for them and from there I develop the lessons. However, if a student is unsure, my approach to teaching is primarily communicative using grammatical explanations. I focus on the student's ability to communicate in Spanish in any situation that may arise. I also build on prior knowledge, which means that what I teach we will always review and reuse. Regarding content, I use contemporary material, daily news and literary content if the student is interested in culture. I try to make the lessons as fun as possible to make learning easier. I have four years of experience teaching Spanish as a second language to foreigners from all over the world, having worked in Spain, Russia and the United States. I have taught at the university level in Indiana and at the Instituto Cervantes in Moscow. I have the preparation and examination certificate for the DELE exam, which means that I can adequately prepare my students to pass the exam. The most important thing, however, is that I adapt the lessons to the needs of my students and that I work across all skills in a fun and pleasant environment.
