For me building a friendly relationship with the students is my foremost priority, because this allows me to be aware of their strengths and weaknesses, giving me a chance to work on them in a better way. My way of teaching involves learning with creative ideas, that broaden your scope of thinking.I listen and communicate with my students more often. I can assure you that my techniques fulfill the requirement of the examination boards.By filling the missing blocks I establish a strong foundation on which my students can build themselves, causing them to be confident and needing minimum help by the passage of time. For me the basic principle of teaching is to clear the concepts, and I work on this area with my utmost effort.
