Level: Beginners & Intermediates Ashtanga: is one of the ancientest types of yoga, very vigorous. It offers a series of poses, each held for only five breaths and punctuated by a half sun salutation to keep up the pace. This style of yoga involves synchronizing breathing with progressive and continuous series of postures-a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, flexibility, stamina, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Fityoga: is an incredible practice of connection through your mind, your body, and the deepest spaces of your self-awareness and intention. It is a mix between Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga & Pilates.
