Hello, My name is Meryl and I teach French. French is my mother tongue and I have a neutral accent. Teaching French is my passion, and I have many years of teaching experience in England, Morocco and Spain. I am passionate about travel, surfing and adventures in general. I love discovering new cultures and meeting new people. I am open-minded and curious and I will be delighted to discuss many subjects with you. I have already successfully prepared several students preparing for their DELF exam from levels A2 to C1. During our first lesson, I will assess your level of French, and we will discuss your goals together, whether personal or professional. Depending on your needs, we will mainly work on conversation, grammar, conjugation or vocabulary. I am patient and I adapt to your desires and needs. My classes are very varied and fun. You will learn French in a dynamic way, and you will be able to put your new knowledge directly into practice. If you wish, we can also role-play specific real-life situations. Like going to a restaurant, asking for directions, having a job interview, etc. For me, the most important thing is that at the end of each lesson, you feel more comfortable and more confident. I speak several languages myself and I know how difficult it can be to learn a new language, that's why I promise that my lessons will be motivating and dynamic, (fun) and will make you feel more comfortable in your practice. To make my classes fun, I work with many materials, such as videos, news articles and podcasts. We can choose themes together, depending on what interests you. If you want, I will give you exercises to do between each lesson, which we will then review together.
