Bonjour ! I'm Margaux and I'm from France. I have been teaching French to people of different ages and levels for over a year now and find it really interesting. I am a master's student in general linguistics and these studies have helped me understand how languages work and how the human brain takes on language. When I started teaching my native language to foreign people, I have noticed that the questions one may ask about an unknown language are very different from the questions a native speaker may ask about its own language, therefore the knowledge that my studies have given me are helpful in the lessons I give. The nice thing about having a private teacher is that the course is created for one student, taking into account what the student likes to build interesting courses as well as focusing on the needs of the specific students and its difficulties.
