I am a first year student in English / Russian Applied Foreign Languages at the University of Strasbourg. Passionate about my studies, I was able to acquire a C2 level in English during my studies. I would be delighted now to give lessons to college or high school students, whether through software such as Zoom or face-to-face.
In particular, I hold the BAFA, in other words I am used to interacting with young people in general and to assert myself in an educational way.
I will approach the subject in a simple and structured way. I will first suggest to the student that we do their English homework together, then we will work during the rest of the lesson on the concept in question, or on a point in particular that the student wishes to address.
When I study grammar in any language, I like to be given examples that are simply explained to me in a concise manner. This is the teaching method that I would like to implement with my students.
Students have the right to make mistakes and to make mistakes. As a student it is sometimes difficult to maintain confidence in your abilities, however I believe that making mistakes is part of the progression process and I will encourage my students to always be proud of what they take in.
