I focus on being friendly, caring and understanding to create an atmosphere where pupils can relax and learn at a pace that is comfortable for them. I encourage pupils that I teach to understand the value of gaining formal qualifications as a means to ensure progress and to enjoy learning for its own sake. I've always enjoyed the aspect of having to solve problems within Maths. The subject is like a continuous puzzle book that you can enjoy and have great satisfaction on completing each page; I take the opportunity to show this enjoyment for the subject whenever I can during my teaching. I love to share knowledge and help others gain the knowledge that they need.
