In this course, I will guide you to gain your confidence and independence on the guitar. You will learn to read the tablature and staff notation, produce good sound, gain finger dexterity, play musically, understand musical concepts. If it is within your interest, we will also work on composition and songwriting. I will introduce you to harmony and voice leading. Together we will make reductions of songs and be inspired by them to write our own songs. As you grow you will develop your own sound and inner hearing. I also prepare students for the conservatory entrance exams.
